Job Description:
 

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing actionable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, thereby driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and propose solutions that enhance business operations and achieve objectives.
  • Utilize tech tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, Axure RP, and SQL to create process maps and documentation.
  • Ensure solutions are implemented and aligned with business goals through continuous follow-up and stakeholder engagement.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Proven track record of improving business processes and delivering business solutions. Experience working with the specified technology stack is highly preferred. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP, are advantageous.
  • Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, Axure RP, SQL ​
